With over 27 years of experience, Aldan Networking, Inc. began auditing telecom invoices in 2003. As of today, we have provided the following results to our customers:

- Over $800K in MONTHLY savings
- Over $2.5M in carrier REFUNDS

In MOST audits, the carrier refund usually covers our total fee.

Aldan Networking, Inc. performs all project management services for “Recommendation Report” action items.
 
Example: One client installed an ISDN Prime two years ago – but did not disconnect the POTS lines after installation. This resulted in two years of overbilling.

Aldan Networking, Inc. provided ALL the project management support to move the POTS lines (50+ lines) to the existing ISDN Prime. The customer was provided the date and time for when it was going to take place.

Customer Protection:

All customer contracts provide the following statement -

“You retain the sole right to determine if a recommended change is considered a “savings” and/or will be implemented.”

Aldan Networking Inc. performs a comprehensive rate and tariff analysis and bill reconciliation for all telecom (voice and data) expenses. We routinely recover historical credits, create ongoing cost reductions and prepare recommendations that will generate future savings. Audits are performed on a contingency fee basis. When refunds or credits are obtained from a vendor, our fee is a percentage of the refund/credit gained through our efforts. Historically, we will identify excess cost in nearly 95% of the clients we audit. We are not embarrassed to tell a client after completing an audit that we cannot provide value to their organization. Instead, we will compliment your team and their ability to control this expense. Either way, it is a win/win situation.
It today’s telecom world, carrier sales representatives are compensated on GROWTH and on-times sales only. They have NO incentive to lower customer’s network services. Telecom audits have become a necessity. Once the audit is performed – all services are documented and benchmarked. At this point ongoing network tracing software can be implemented.

Our audits are based on the carrier’s technical services (both voice and data). We begin at the design of each network service – beginning at the carrier central office and ending at the customer’s premise. We also perform auditing services for other auditing companies. On numerous occasions, we have found billing errors – after telecom audits have been performed. (example: resulting in a $1.6K monthly savings and $50K refund)

TIME, TIME, TIME: Our clients spend approximately 30 minutes (or less) of their time during the audit process. The audit project is started and completed by Aldan Networking, Inc.
