Typical Audit Process: 

   1. Collect all carrier invoices (per site) 
   2. Site visits and order report from carriers (out of state site visits may incur an additional charge to cover expenses) 
   3. Verification report – provide detailed report (based on USOC’s) of all network services – voice and data – to customer. 
       These results provided within 10 business days of site inspection. We track items per network service. Report can be 
       generated based on your needs. 
   4. Create and deliver Visio diagram 
   5. Customer is sent “Recommendation Report.” This report itemizes each location’s action that will result in cost reductions 
       and/or refunds. 
   6. IMPLEMENTATION – based on “Recommendation Report” action items – we are responsible for the implementation of 
       all action items. All action items will only take place with customer’s written permission. 
   7. Issue invoices based on audit success. Customers will receive an invoice that includes the carrier invoice at the 
       start of the process and the same invoice for all six months AFTER savings have started. We invoice for refunds AFTER 
       refunds are issued to the customer’s carrier account. In most cases, the carrier refunds cover all Aldan Networking, Inc. 
       charges. 
   8. Follow up. We follow up with carrier to ensure all action items have been implemented. 
   9. All carrier account activities are documented (ie: order numbers – for changes or disconnects). This information will be 
       recorded for future use (if necessary) 
   10. Once the audit is complete and all network services have been disconnected, we will assist in the selection of ongoing 
         network tracking software (if needed).

         - Moving POTS lines to ISDN Primes 
         - Moving DS-1’s to channels on DS3. 
         - Network reconfiguration 
               All network changes based on audit savings analysis action items.
